My big accomplishment for the day! I made and bottled salsa all by myself. I have made it with my mom multiple times. But this is my first time winging it solo. To bad its not garden fresh. Jubilees has a fill a bag for 10.00 they had Roma tomatoes, onions and bell peppers. I think I can get enough for two more batches in one bag this time. So I think I will make a few more. 5 quarts goes pretty quick.

I need to make more too. Ours from last year is about gone and I grew more than 300 tomatoes! It's a staple at our house:)
